The JCZ1 vacuum contactor is a type of vacuum contactor. It is suitable for three-phase indoor electrical systems with an alternating current of 50-60Hz, rated operating voltages of 3.6kV, 7.2kV, and 12kV, and rated operating currents ranging from 160A to 630A. It can directly or remotely operate electrical equipment such as motors, transformers, and capacitive loads frequently. Its main features include an integrated frame structure, stable performance, reliable operation, compact structure, and small size, making it an ideal switching device for voltage classes of 3.6kV, 7.2kV, and 12kV.
1. Ambient temperature: The surrounding air temperature shall not exceed +40℃ and shall not be lower than -25℃;
2. Altitude: The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 1000 meters;
3. Relative humidity: The daily average shall not exceed 95%, and the monthly and annual average shall not exceed 90%;
4. Working environment: Places free from rain and snow erosion, open flames, explosion hazards, chemical corrosion, and strong vibration;
5. Pollution grade: Grade Ⅲ
6. Installation condition: The inclination angle between the installation plane and the horizontal plane shall not exceed 5°;
1. The integrated frame and insulators achieve insulation between the high-voltage circuit and the ground, as well as between phases.
2. The contactor is arranged vertically, with the upper part mainly consisting of a vacuum interrupter and incoming and outgoing line terminals to form the main circuit system.
3. The lower part mainly consists of an electromagnetic mechanism, a mechanical latching mechanism (mechanical holding method), a base plate, springs, and other structural components. Through electromagnetic attraction, an electromechanical system with a specific movement direction and distance is generated. 4. The electromechanical system is connected to the vacuum interrupter in the main circuit system via insulators, enabling programmed switching.
5. The vacuum interrupter is composed of moving and static contacts, a corrugated tube, a ceramic shell, etc., which are vacuum-sealed. Since the switching of the contacts occurs in a vacuum, it has excellent switching characteristics.
6. The control circuit has two types: electrical holding and mechanical holding: a. Electrical holding for closing: The electromagnetic coil is energized, and the closing coil completes the closing; the holding coil maintains the closed state. Electrical holding for opening: The holding coil in the electromagnetic coil is de-energized, and the spring completes the opening. b. Mechanical holding for closing: After the electromagnetic coil is energized for closing, it is de-energized, and the mechanical latch maintains the closed state. Mechanical holding for opening: The tripping coil is energized to release the mechanical latch, and the spring completes the opening.
